I have never felt so dismissed, unimportant, and a burden at a Dr’s visit as I have today. The entire staff and nurses are great! Personable, friendly, and kind. Dr Evans made me feel so unimportant and a burden to him because I was his 3rd patient of the day and was told by him he is ‘only’ to have 1 new patient a day. Why he told me that ? nothing I could do about it! I had chest discomfort and the nurse told me he would probably want to do an ekg just to be safe and make sure nothing was wrong. Well that never happened! IThe nurses and staff were more concerned and caring of what is going on with me. I had to ask the Dr to order a test just to be safe and put my mind at ease. I as a patient should not have to ask! When I returned home I check my Geisinger acct and saw labs were entered for me to have 3hrs after. Horrible, Horrible experience. Thank god he is not my PCP I will NEVER go back to see his again! If a person especially in the medical field has or act I’ll mannered and… foul to another human being then HANG UP stethoscope and find another career! We as outsiders come to you for help not to be treated like a burden to your day!

He has slandered me, defamed and/or assassinated my character, in writing he has liable me by labeling me as a NARCISSIST, thus VIOLATING the Hippocratic Oath and VIOLATING his Professional Business Code of Morals, Ethics, and Conduct. His comment is unfounded and UNFAIR in that HE is NOT a QUALIFIED PSYCHIATRIST or Psychologist!!! This has damaged me emotionally, spiritually, as well as physically. I have volunteered much of my life dedicating my HEARTFELT help to others in many ways. He doesn't even know me and he refuses to strike said hurtful and harmful comment from my medical record, thus influencing other physicians, E tal, insurance representatives, or anyone who reads said record with a negative opinion of me as a human being who feels and cares DEEPLY about others. I have always put other people, friends and family before myself. I rarely wear make-up...with me you "get what you see" just the way I am, as GOD created me. FIRST AND FOREMOST I AM A CHRISTIAN, that doesn't mean… I have to suffer because of the abusive, unqualified, and UNFAIR statements rendered by Stephen S EVANS, DO...EMPHASIS ON DOCTOR OF OSTEOPATHY, NOT PSYCHIATRY.

Dr . Evans is very personable and takes the fear of the unknown out of your visit.
