Dr. Fortunato cared for me and my unborn breech baby at 36 weeks gestation. At the time I was being seen by a midwife and was referred for a version. The office staff was kind, courteous and made a prompt appointment. At the hospital, everything was explained to me beforehand, and without delay the version took place. There was absolutely no pain (which was a plus) and my baby tolerated the procedure well. I felt safe- as they had everything prepared for an emergency if one were to occur during the version. Once the procedure was completed, my baby and I were observed and sent home. Thankfully she stayed in the right position for delivery and a Cesarean delivery was avoided.

I saw Dr. Fortunato in the office for my ultrasounds. I had several family members with me and they were allowed to watch the ultrasound. Everything was explained to me in language I could understand and I was reassured about the baby and me. I was anxious and Dr. Fortunato helped me to feel very relaxed and he really cared about me and my feelings. Loved Debbie - his assistant -she is wonderful too. Overall the experience was wonderful and all the great things I heard were true.
