Dr. Stephen Lyle Friedman, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Steve's for more than 10 years, I would'nt be walking at all if I never met Dr Friedman !!! Definite 5 Star treatment and the greatest staff !!!

Dr. Friedman was informative, thorough and results were excellent!

Having moved to Naples, I searched for a pain specialist. Several people and websites gave Dr. Friedman glowing reviews. My doctor sent all the needed paperwork so I could meet Dr. Friedman and have him as a pain dr. I called his office and got a recording, left a message and waited for a call back. After a week, I called and left another message... NO ONE CALLED BACK. I then went into the office, where a receptionist and a staff member named Ruth said they had never received my calls, although my phone number for the office was correct, and their answering machine identified them as the office of Dr Friedman. Ruth assured me she would call me after the holiday weekend. NO ONE CALLED BACK. For the next two months I again called and got the answering machine. After three months I have decided even if he is a five star doctor, HIS STAFF DESERVES A ZERO. Sadly, I will not be seeing Dr. Friedman. I am now looking for a pain specialist with office personal who actually do their… jobs.

They never answer the phone and do not return call when messages are left

He takes the time to explain in detail the procedure. Explains exactly what he’s doing through it. Highly recommended

I've been a patient since 2000 and have never been disappointed when I need an injection for pain. I call, they work me in to their busy schedule's and they HELP me! I have always had relief! If your trying to make a decision, look no further. You will get one of the best, most experienced Dr.s in Florida and a highly experienced staff as well. Don't be in pain any longer! Always great experience

Moved to Naples and Dr. Friedman was recommended by my previous physician. After 3 weeks and 5 phones messages left with the scheduler (I believe her name is Ruth) and no return phone call I finally went to their office in person. After a short wait (15 minutes) Ruth came to the window and advised me that the Dr. did not manage pain medications. If someone had returned one of my phone calls I would not have wated three weeks trying to get a physician in Naples.

I have been trying for 3 weeks to make an appointment with Dr. Friedman while I continue to suffer pain in my neck and shoulder. I have left numerous messages and cannot seem to get past his staff. I guess it's time to look elsewhere. I am sorry that I must check the box that says that I have received service in order to post this review as I see no other way to get his attention.
