Called to schedule an appointment and staff insisted I don't have insurance without even asking me first. As a matter of fact, I have both medical and dental insurance.

Today I had to have major oral surgery my back two bottom teeth removed. I have had dealt with so many dental Dr.s since I had an accident in 1994. This was the best experience I ever had. The ladies in the office were so pleasant & caring. Dr. Stephen Glawson was simply awesome, very gentle, concerned with my well being, and quite gentle. I am so happy I was recommended to go to him.

This man has no personality. He does not make you feel comfortable nor make you feel that you are in good hands. This man does not make any eye contact or look at you when he speaks. He does not explain anything very well. He does not make you feel important. He runs off doing other surgeries while you are in the chair and then comes back and basically rushes you out of his office. He offers no good solutions or options to your problems.

I felt always rushed because other patients are already waiting in other dental chairs. Does not take time to explain condition to patient nor give instructions.

Very good experience. The wisdom teeth extraction went smoothly.
