Dr Gold is a very compassionate and caring physician. His staff are the same as he is they relate to the people today without judging their patients. They all make you feel welcome and accept people of all walks of life and donâ??t hesitate to treat their patients illnesses. To sum it upâ?¦ They care about their patients and want to get to know them.

I give Dr Gold a 5 star rating in every area of practice including his staff also, My opinion He is One of the best family practice doctors a person could go to .

I have been seeing Dr Gold and associates of his for approximately 10 years. I started going there because my mom was a patient and I drove her one time and the wait time was very short compared to the physician I was seeing at the time and the staff was courteous. I actually live in York, Pa but was working in Lancaster at the time I starting seeing Dr Gold so it was convenient for me to make appointments after work. Though I no longer have worked in Lancaster for the past 8 years, I still continue to see Dr Gold because I am happy with the care I receive. He is a great doctor and I have never felt like I was rushed through an appointment. I am a pediatric home care nurse-LPN and have dealt with many doctors professionally and personally and he tops them all!!!

Dr. Gold is fantastic! I am always appreciative of his care. Most of the office staff are very helpful and polite. They are accommodating in scheduling appointments. Unfortunately, some of the office staff are rude and inconsiderate. Sure, everyone is entitled to a tough day but, having a bad attitude and treating patients disrespectfully is inappropriate.

I have been going to this practice for about 20 years and have NEVER had a problem with Dr Gold or any other provider or staff member during this time. Dr Gold is wonderful and the the staff has always been very helpful when I have questions or concerns. I am always in and out when I have an appointment and rarely have ever had to sit longer than 10 minutes unless I showed up VERY early. Even then, never more than a half an hour. I would never go anywhere else.

I am no longer using Dr. Gold as my family's physician. Dr. Gold is great, but unfortunately his staff is rude and incompetent. If it were just one incident I would just chalk it up to someone having a bad day, but they constantly made mistakes and were rude when you tried to get things streightened out.
