Dr Goldstone is awesome, however, his billing staff (Scott) is not the greatest nor does he know how to interact with the public. Not sure how he holds that position as his attitude sucks.. sucks bad enough to make someone not even want to return to this practice. its a shame because the doctor is amazing at what he does. Scott's attitude and tone is just absolutely disgusting and unnecessary

i was nervous going in based on some of the reviews but i have to say i had a great experience. Dr. Goldstone was knowledgeable, fast, and really charming. his humor helped ease what would have been a really awkward situation. He never once pushed surgery on me. His staff was also pleasant.

Dr. Goldstone has an agenda: to perform surgery. My surgery resulted in so many complications that I am still dealing with it 2 years after my procedure. I have since learned from several acquaintances that they have experienced the same problems with Goldstone's aggressive treatment and reliance on surgery as the first line of defense. Several degrees of friends and acquaintances and their doctors have revealed the same story about Dr. Goldtone: he's a butcher and will cut you up just to make money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have never met a more unprofessional staff. Particularly the two who work the front desk. No only did the male break my patient confidentiality by virtually announcing to the room the procedure I was being scheduled for, the black woman rolled her eyes at me when I walked in to find out when the PA was going to finally call in a script for me after calling her virtaully in tears from the pain I experienced from the procedure I had done (I was told to wait an hour which turned into three). If you're looking for compassionate, confidential, and prompt care seek elsewhere or return when Dr. Goldstone hires a new staff!

I don't know about Dr. Goldstone but the man in his office who answers the phone is one of the most rude people I have ever talked too!

the office staff is completely unproffessional and discourteous. he is NOT caring ...it's all about money to them and BEWARE, they authorize many unneeded procedures and push for treatments you do not need. go somewhere else...

this place is a nightmare. sharon at the front desk is the most unproffessional immature frightening person to run anything, and is only matched by the nitwit scott behind her. this office is mean spirited and unprepared. they tried to have me take anasthesia when is was completely unneeded, the work is sloppy and uncaring and all about the buck. go somewhere else....

Dr. Goldstone is very caring, not just holding your hand. He asks tough questions and questions others do not ask. Yes, some were embarassing but he is really concerned with your health not just the symptons you came with. Would recommend him to anyone who wants frank advice, excellent technical skills, and a great down-to-earth caring person. And, read his books...they really are very informative and answer questions you didn't know you should have asked.

I was referred to Dr. Goldstone with a simple problem. He then strong-armed me into an invasive HPV test (unwanted and unneeded, as I have been married to an exclusive sexual partner for 21 years and told him so). I initially turned down this option, but both Dr. Goldstone and his assistant, Richard, bombarded us with scare stories until we relented. He also insisted on my taking brochures about HPV disease and anal cytology. He then wrote a report saying we came to him for these reasons -- all of which was incorrect and untrue. A nightmare!
