No call with test results for 1-2 weeks. Messages submitted through patient portal left unopened for over a week or more, even though the IU site says a response will be within one business day.

He? treats his staff terribly.

He seems to have very low personality. He appears to be intelligent, but you might have to light a fire under his butt to get any emotion or bedside manner. Seems like a technician or specialist without any people skillz. Will not go back to him. Unclear how he was an athlete or knows how to treat athletes.

I asked many questions which he answered and was re-assuring.

I am sure he wouldn't react with any emotion if there was a fire. No personality and does not seem up to date with his sports med knowledge.

Dr. Seemed nice. He was young and eager. He didnt act like he knew it all like most doctors.

I went in for my annual physical. I didn't get in for 45 minutes and didn't leave for 2 hours. I don't go to the doctor much, but that seems excessive. The support staff is pretty cold. If I had to go more than once a year I might find a different place in order to avoid them. Doc is nice, though.
