Can’t say enough Good things about Dr Incavo and feel like I won the lotto when I picked him to do my TKR . Did both knees 8 weeks apart it’s now been a year and a half since my last knee and walking feeling like a champ ! If you read thru the reviews it’s hard to find one that does not mention his staff and office people and justify so . Imagine being in severe, unstoppable, inescapable pain, from your right hip and lower torso progressively tearing themselves apart, for almost two decades of your adult life. Then, imagine how wonderful it now feels to have your femur and hip, un-twisted and repaired. Well, a few months ago, Dr. Stephen Incavo did that for me -- he rescued my seemingly-irreparable femur and hip, with a complex, masterful, hip revision surgery. Aiding Dr. Incavo were Collin and Angela and their teams, who deftly unfolded and smoothed all operational maps. And, at Houston Methodist Hospital, extended teams also excelled -- pre-, during-, and post-op. Before, I was twisted and in chronic pain; now, I can stand in comfort. Dr. Incavo replaced left knee after I suffered years refusing to have surgery. I'm a 70 year old man and this knee made me feel like I was 25 years old, at least in the knee area, minimal scar left from surgery and all pain is gone. What a great surgeon and the best nurse, Angela,

Feb2018 Dr. Incavo did a gluteus medius tear repair on the right right/leg. I was in so much pain after the surgery, which he said was normal and that it would get better, but it never did. In fact, 3 months after surgery he ordered another MRI, and it was much worse than what it was before the surgery. I'm not sure what he did, but there is now an additional full-thickness tear, and all this pain has affected my way of life, quality of life. It was a horrible mistake to get him to do the surgery.

I had 4 total knees and 1 revision in 11-12 years at Texas Orthopedic Hospital by 3 different doctors and none worked. I’m not trying to speak badly of them, but for whatever reason it was not successful and I have lived in pain. Upon a referral from one of my doctors I went to see Dr. Incavo. I had an infection in my leg, so he put in an antibiotic spacer for 10 weeks and then did my 5th knee replacement. That evening after my surgery I knew I had a good knee. My pain level was minimal, and now, 3 1/2 weeks later I can already walk inside my home with no walker or cane. BTW, Dr. Incavo’s PA, Colin is great as well. I thank God my Dr told me about and recommended Dr. Incavo.

Dr. Incavo did a TKR on me 9 mos. ago. Everything went great , obviously he is a skilled surgeon. I would recommend him to anybody that is having knee issues.

I have had both of my hip replacement surgeries done by Dr. Incavo. My right was in 2015 and now my left in 2019. After the experience with my first surgery, the decision was simple - go to Dr. Incavo! He is the one orthopedic surgeon I trusted to keep me in great health and get back to my normal daily life - PAIN FREE! In my personal opinion Dr. Incavo is the best orthopedic surgeon in the country. Dr. Incavo is trusted, professional and has a terrific staff working with him. I have referred him in the past and absolutely will continue to refer him in the future.

I had a bad accident with a horse and damaged my hip. It wasn’t broken, but was “worn out.” Dr Incavo replaced it, and 2 weeks later, I was able to drive my truck and horse trailer back home to New Mexico. Houston Methodistand Dr Incavo are #1!

He gave me back my life. I can't fathom why he does not have 5 stars. He listens and tells you like it is. He found the problem caused by my first knee surgery at UTMB and fixed it. I went to other orthopedists and pain management to try to find a way to walk again and I knew he was the answer to my prayers the minute we started talking. It's been 18 months since my surgery and I can go places and do things I had not been able to do in years.
