Highly recommend Dr. Lacey and his team. They made the experience as pleasant as it could be considering. I had to use a different doctor because of insurance and I’m never doing that again. I’ll see Dr. Lacey whether he is on my plan or not.

Dr. Stephen Lacey has been my gastroenterologist for over 20 years. He has also cared for my daughter as a teenager and as an adult. If you are in need of someone to investigate and treat your gut health concerns, I highly recommend Dr. Lacey.

The Dr was great but his operation and the people he employs are horrible. I was there for a simple colonoscopy and for the 2 weeks leading up to the procedure I was told by 2 different people that my procedure was 100% covered by insurance. HOWEVER, I received 2 invoices totaling $2700 after the procedure. Their billing department said I signed a disclaimer telling me this could happen and sent me a copy. This form was handed to me just minutes before the procedue as I was standing in a back hallway in just a gown and slippers! The Nurse told me it was a waiver incase I died, noting about additional billing! Now they've sent me to collections and have shown sympathy for my situation as being unemployed and on a fixed income. Please BEWARE of TDDC and Dr S. Lacey in Southlake TX.

Dr. Lacey has changed my life! After seeing numerous doctors for a debilitating colon disease, Dr. Lacey's medical expertise had my symptoms in total remission in a few weeks. He is an amazing doctor!
