I took my daughter in for a rhinoplasty nine months ago, I wish I saw the warning signs that he was too old to perform complicated procedures, and his techniques are very old fashioned, her nose not only looks the same but worse.

I had gone to a previous office here in Knoxville and felt very uncomfortable at the uptick of COVID where the staff and doctor refused to wear masks or sanitize. The other surgeon pushed me to go up in size from the implants that I had chosen; it made me feel really uncomfortable. That is not the case with Dr. Lazarus. From the beginning I felt comfortable with him and his entire staff. Wait times were never more than 5 minutes at most and I never felt rushed during my appointment. Dr. Lazarus never minded any of the questions I asked or concerns. I tried on different sizes and they even let me try on sizers again just to be sure I was going to be happy with the size I picked. After meeting with him for a consultation, I booked my surgery during some time I was going to be off for work. The entire process was smooth, and his nurse Teresa explained everything in detail during my preop appointment. The day of surgery was just as easy and throughout my post-surgery appointments, the… nurses and Dr. Lazarus were wonderful. Appointments have been easy to make and now I see him for my botox. If you are in Knoxville, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lazarus. I am so happy with my results!

Former breast augmentation patient trying to schedule a consult for a lift and implant removal. I am not sure what has changed in their office over the past 15 years but I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the inner office workings. I had to reschedule twice due to circumstances out of my control. Each time I informed the office as soon as I knew I would not be able to make it. I was then 'punished' like a child and told that my $100 deposit (yes they even charge this for returning patients) would not be put toward my surgery, even after I offered to pay another $100 for cancelling the second time, AND, that I would have to wait 4 weeks to reschedule my consultation. What?!? I am not some petulant child that needs scolding and to be taught a lesson. I am a grown woman, willing and able to pay approximately $10000+ for a procedure that will take me out of work and make caring for my 8 year old son difficult for a good week! I find their overall… disregard for compassion and reality quite discerning, and their blatant disrespect of me as a woman and returning patient appalling. They should be ashamed. The take away here? When a once respected surgeon has to charge his returning patients a $100 consult fee, go somewhere else, because they have lost their soul to the $$ and patient care has gone out the window.

I have had several surgeries with Dr Lazarus and have been beyond thrilled with the results. Add his exceptional bedside manner to his extraordinary surgical skills and you just cannot find better. My basis for comparison are surgeons in Palm Springs, California. They don’t measure up to Dr Lazarus in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dr Lazarus’s staff is warm, friendly, welcoming, and competent. You will not be disappointed.

Had a face lift 15 years ago and was very pleased. Just checking again.

I had four eyelid surgeries which made the crease line differently in each eye. The lower eyelid looks unbalanced, and there is big scarring on the outside corners of both eyes. Dr. Lazarus is too old to peform his job now either he has bad vision or is unable to control his hands.
