Dr. Stephen A. Locke
Dr. Stephen Locke graduated from Harvard College in 1970 with a Bachelor
of Arts degree. He spent the next 6 years in the Navy and served on
board the USS Bergall (SSN 667). He qualified for engineer and served
his final tour of duty as an instructor at a nuclear prototype. After
completion of his tour of duty with the Navy he worked with Westinghouse
Electric Corp. at their nuclear training facility. He attended the
University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and received his
D.M.D. in June of 1981. He did a one year dental Practice Residency and
then spent 3 years in the Public Health Service. He established a dental
practice in North Philadelpia at 'The People's Neighborhood Dental
Center'. He returned to the University Pennsylvania School of Dental
Medicine and completed a 2 year program in Orthodontics in June of 1987.
He moved back to the Boston area and originally worked only doing
orthodontics in the Brockton area. Based on …his desire to integrate
orthodontics and general dentistry he purchased a small dental practice
in Hull, Massachusetts in August of 1987. Dr Locke has grown with the
practice that today consists of 18 employees.
