Dr. Stephen A Maxwell, MD

My children were patients of Dr. Maxwell for over a year. Getting shots was a nightmare every time. You get seen by the doctor then have to wait a second time for the nurse to give the shots which was almost an hour wait every time (5 total). We moved and after our new doctor requested records I was told I had to pay $25 for them to release the records to our new doctor. They would not let me know if my son was due for shots unless I paid the money. After several phone conversations I FINALLY got one receptionist to tell me that he did need shots. Worst experience ever when your doctor cares more about money than giving you a simple answer.

Wow where do I start, I have been going to dr Maxwell since i was a baby and now he is my childs dr. There was a time i was switching insurance and my child was without and we were struggling for money , But when we took my son in dr maxwell saw him and gave him antiboiotics and when we went to check out there was no charge. He is a blessing and really loves what he does , to him its more than the money , its his actual love for kids. God bless him for everything he does.
