Stephen Minor, MD

July 30, 2021 this physician performed a diagnostic heart cath. on my husband. He misdiagnosed him. Long story but within 3 hours of getting home after being released from Halifax Daytona, my husband was then admitted to Advent Deland, where a 2nd heart cath. was performed and blockage found. Dr. Minor, his name was Lance and he was a person, and you did not tell him he had a blockage.

Excellent physician! Easy to talk to and answered all questions. Great care for my husband.

Meeting Dr.Minor was an excellent experience during my ordeal having a heart attack and getting an angiogram at the hospital. With very gentle and professional explanation I was confident that I am in good hands. This appears to be very good after meeting Dr.Minor in his office again on the appointment which was highly professional. All staff in his office were open minded and I have got all my questions answered in a professional manner. Appreciation and big thanks to Dr.Minor for a good work with patient.

After 6 months under his care, I went to the ER twice in one week and afterwards he stated that there was nothing wrong with my heart. I was old and had high blood pressure. He stated my problem was I didnt like any of the medication. I went to Mayo and they treated me for afib and saved my life.

I have felt at ease with Dr. Minor since he first diagnosed my heart condition. He is so caring and stays with me until all my questions are answered. I've never waited over a few minutes to see him and the entire staff is so courteous. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Minor as my Cardiologist.

Dr. Minor is wonderful. If it wasn't for him and his carfully reviewing of my mother's condition she would not be with us today. My Mom lives in NY, and I think the doctors their are not geared for the older generation. Dr. Minor and Dr. Defrain...awesome team. Bless them both.

I have complete confidence in Dr Minor. As a patient, he spent more than enough time with me, the staff was wonderful and he is a very caring informed cardiologist. I arrived prepared with many questions and left feeling totally confident.

I spent 8 hours in pre-op waiting for Dr Minor to fit me in, after he met with me the previous day and indicated it would be no problem to fit me in his schedule. The staff was overworked and I spent several hours without anyone checking on me or giving me any updates.
