Dr. Stephen Marc Nagler

Dr. Steve was the best pediatrician I ever took my kids to. There was never a waiting time to get an appointment. His practice had a "No Wait" policy. That's something I've never seen or experienced with any other doctor's office. If I had a 3pm appointment I was seen at 3pm. As long as I showed up on time I was always seen on time. Sometimes he would even see my children after office hours because I couldn't get off from work. During an office visit (or even on the phone) he would spend as much time as it took to make sure I never had any unanswered questions or unaddressed concerns. In addition, each day he had a "Telephone Consultation Hour" when he would personally take calls and spend time discussing anything a parent wanted to discuss. He routinely used great analogies and was always able to make both even the most complex medical issues easy to understand. Many times I laughed at his analogies and stories but that's what made them so memorable. After speaking with Dr. Steve I… always felt as if I just learned something new. Dr. Steve never talked AT me; he always spoke WITH me. He was wonderful with my children and they never feared an office visit even when they knew they had to get shots. He truly knew how to connect with kids. He had a special talent for being able to put them at ease and he made sure that no matter what was done during the office visit, my children never left his office without smiling. His diagnoses were always on target and his bedside manner was always excellent. Nancy his office manager was a gem. She was always kind and courteous and always made me feel as if I was a valued part of the practice. Because I was so confident regarding Dr. Steve's knowledge and ability I never worried about my kids even when they were sick because I knew they were always getting the best care possible. For that I will be forever grateful. We miss you Dr. Steve. God Bless.
