Dr. Pappachen is an excellent and caring Dr. He has taken care of my medical needs in a very capable and professional manner. I will recommend this Dr confidently to my many friends and family members.

Ms. Patricia and Ms. Nicole, Dr. Pappachen's nurses should be working at McDonald's. They are immensely rude and NEVER have a smile on their face. I am searching for a new OB even though I like the doctor because of his staff. DO NOT GO THERE.

Dr. Pappachen is an incredible doctor but his staff is hellaciously rude and numb to their profession. Do not expect any understanding or empathy from them.

Heards patients like cattle, doesn't matter what you tell him during the appointment, he's the doctor. The nurses/med assistants don't care. I called the office due to eclampsia for my wife, never got a call back. I would ask for an appointment, they were supposed to call me back, never called me back. I would take my wife to the ER, they would call him, responsed 6 hrs later AFTER the ER physician admitted my wife twice. The Er physician was shocked. My wife's BP was never lower then 190/99 they just played it off as if it were normal everyday thing. Don't call the office for Rx or expect the physician to call you back. Last time we called the office for our next appointment, he was in Paris, guess no appointment. Wife is still in pain one year after birth uterine blood clots later, office won't see my wife. Don't walk....RUN away.

It was my first time being pregnant and I was very nervous/neurotic. He would always take the time to answer my questions and his nurse staff were always there for me. I can't wait for him to deliver my second child.

Very good. This doctor diagnosed a condition and proposed a solution that included a very minor outpatient procedure that was a Godsend!
