I am forever grateful to Dr. Parsons! I had a bad left sinus for years. I finally went to him, he suggested I get surgery. I did and I wish I would have done it 10 years ago. He was thorough and quality. The Provo office was kind, professional and helpful. I had this done last year and was siting here thinking I need to write him a letter of thanks! So I did this instead. I hope he reads it!

I've had very positive experiences with Dr. Parsons. He has been my family's ENT for a number of years, both for illnesses and surgeries. Not only do I think he provides excellent care, but I think he goes above and beyond in making sure I and my family are well. For example, I had a surgery on my neck and Dr. Parsons expertly minimized the scaring so that itâ??s hardly noticeable now. In another example, while being treated for an illness, Dr. Parsons contacted me after a couple of days to see how I was recovering. In another instance, I accidentally left my course of antibiotics at home when I went on vacation. After contacting Dr. Parsons, he promptly faxed over a prescription to a local pharmacy. He is also very good with my children. I recommend him to anyone seeking an ENT.

I received great care from Dr. Parsons. He is a gentle, very capable surgeon. I was struggling with a non surgical need, but he has done surgery on 3 other of my family members. They were all very satisfied.

I had a "water in my ear" sensation for more than a week after returning from a Hawaii vacation. I finally went to see Dr. Parsons who immediately saw the problem--I had a bunch of tiny shells and particles of sand in my ear. With great detail and thoroughness, Dr. Parsons quickly took care of the problem.

Dr. Parsons was efficient and professional. He was able to quickly confirm the damage to my ear and help me work through the correct treatment program. He followed up with a phone call and note. He took the time to show me the imaging of my inner ear and where the problem was. I was completely satisfied with the treatment.

Dr. Parsons is very professional, well-trained and empathetic. He is willing to spend the necessary time to answer questions, but doesn't leave patients waiting extensively. I would definitely go back.
