Whoever is answering the phones at your office hung on me 3 times today yelling that she is busy. Very unprofessional and unfortunate.

he is so unprofessional he makes you wait hours they give you a 9 oclock appt but you wont be seen until like 12 cause all the lab people go 1st then why give a 9 oclock appt makes no sense he stays at the reception desk disscussing patients he is just not a good doctor i give him zero rating if i could i needed surgery and he wouldnt clear me cause he didnt want to get sued if something went wrong during surgery he cares about himself not his patients then he talks to you like you his child hes rude needs to go work somewhere else they need a better doctor at the office he will lose alot of patients once this behavior continues im so glad i switched and getting the care i need else where

After my 1st visit to Dr. Stephen office I told myself to find a new MD. I then convened myself perhaps he was having a off day and I should go to my follow up appt. Once I arrived for my 2nd appt I quickly realized his uncomfortable sarcasm, preferred language to staff and nasty disposition with his patients would be intolerable. I have witnessed him discussing private patient information at the reception desk in front of a number of ppl which is a Breach & Violation of HIPAA laws. He rushes through your appt and makes you feel as if your medal questions and concerns have no importance. After seeing another Doctor I realized my concerns were valid. I tried to let it go however after hearing the same issues/concerns from others I decided to do more research. In all fair Consciousness I can not let another day go by w/o writing a complaint and review on as many public forums as possible. My main concern was if he or someone from his office saw this review they would violate my… personal medical records on file but I'm more concerned about the well being of others at this point. Doctors are here to help us not belittle you. Visiting your doctor should not be a dreadful experience. Health is important. If you are having legitimate concerns with your MD do your research make the complaint & find another doctor. I hope I've helped.
