I am very pleased with the care I have recently received at Dr. Pratt's new office in Irving. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Pratt is patient and caring.

Dr Pratt was excellent. Spent significant time and explained many things. If you need a new Dr I highly recommend him. Joanna his MA is great too

My PCP retired in 2016 and I was given Dr. Pratt from my healthcare team. He does not address what your visit is about, he does not listen, and it is like pulling teeth to get a prescription(if you get one).I have never had a doctor that it is so difficult to get what you need from them. I prefer to see the resident doctor over this so called doctor any day. He schedules unnecessary appointments to talk about the same thing that you brought up on the first appointment that he chose not to really address as he should. This is my worst experience with a doctor EVER.
