I called in as a new patient for an appt, the staff person was short with me and rushed me off the phone. I will cancel my appt. customer service means a lot to me.

The is no shortage of physicians in the DC Metro that would account for having to wait so long for a scheduled appointment. The wait was unconscionable. I will find another doctor.

He is an excellent doctor. He's patient and gives each patient quality time. He's also brilliant and highly trained.

I took my mother there for her appointment. We waited 3 hours before we saw him and another 30 minutes in the actual room. I was told he had an emergency but this wasn't relayed to the waiting patients. I was only told this after I asked. This wasn't the only time we had to wait. It has happened before when my mother's cousin took her. We are looking for a new doctor.

This is a reoccurring problem whenever I go to see this doctor. Don't get me wrong, he is a very good doctor...when I get around to seeing him. It takes a long time in the waiting room and once in a room waiting for him, I end up waiting another hour. If not for this, I would have no problem at all with him.
