Dr. Stephen A Sollot, DO

Wonderful physician. Very kind and considerate.

I've had no problems with the care given by Dr. Sollot, wait times were reasonable, and I always found it easy to get appointments - until a few days ago, when I called only to be told he retired and sold his practice a few months ago, and that the new doctor only takes Medicare. I received no communication from the practice about this, and now will be without a PCP until February, which was the closest new patient appointment I could get with another family practitioner. Until then I will have to attend walk-in clinics where the doctors have no access to my medical records. The fact Dr Sollot and his staff apparently did not bother corresponding with his patients about this is appalling customer service.

If you want a doctor who will prescribe you pain pills even if you don't need it.....he's the one to go to. He's horrible and should be put out of business.

Dr. Sollot has been my PCP for the last 8-10 years now. He is always kind caring. Willing to refer you to a specialist if need be. His office is clean and well managed. His staff are never going to win any awards for being warm and fuzzy but you get use to them. He is worth dealing with them to keep as a doctor.

After having bad experiences with other local Doc's. Dr. Sollot was a welcome sight. He was very friendly and took very good care. He found things that no other Dr. noticed. His staff was really on the ball, very efficient and friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sollot for nearly five years and he has been a wonderful doctor. I love that I almost never wait more than 10 minutes. Also, when I did not have insurance for a period of time he had very reasonable rates. He often would refill a prescription over the phone if necessary and very promptly. His office is clean and his staff personable. I would highly recommend him.
