Dr. Sowa graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1976 with a B.S. degree in Biology. He received his dental training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1979 with a D.M.D. degree. Dr. Sowa was born into a dental family. His father, Dr. Joseph Sowa was a dentist in Pawtucket and Lincoln for almost fifty years. After completing his degree Dr. Sowa practiced in the Boston area for seven years before returning to R.I. to join his father in general dental practice.
Through a combination of state of the art technology, sensible treatment plans and genuine attention to the unique needs of each patient, Dr. Sowa preserves healthy teeth and gums, alleviates oral discomfort and improves the appearance of smiles on a daily basis. He has applied his experience and technical skills to produce durable and aesthetic results in thousands of patients.
