Dr. Stevan Alan Smallow, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Smallow for 4 years now. He is an excellent doctor. He is caring and will answer any question you have. The best thing I like about him is it seems I always get sick on the weekends and I have to call him. He always returns my calls and finds out what is wrong with me and calls in a prescription for me to the pharmary or refers me to the hospital. He doesn't mess around. Not many doctors return calls within an hours time. You may have to wait a little while in the office to see him that is because it is always packed with people. This shows me that is a good doctor. While talking with the other patients they also like him. You will wait in the room for about 10-15 minutes, again it's worth the wait. He knows what he is doing. Ask him anything and he takes the time out to tell you. I have even been sick and needed immediate attention his office staff told me to come in that day they would squeeze me in. Not many doctor's offices do that anymore. I would recommend… Dr. Smallow to anyone looking for a good doctor.

Convenience brought me to this office.Mr Smallow has customers NOT patients.There is a diffrence.Front desk girls are good but the rooms and bathroom are filthy dirty.Never recommend this person.

Dr. Smallow should not be allowed to practice medicine. He’s heartless and cruel. Up until a week ago he was prescribing me suboxone. I was a patient of his for roughly 3 months. After my first appointment I was less than thrilled with his attitude and general demeanor (he’s miserable). I decided to stick with him because of insurance purposes. On the day of my last scheduled appointment I get a phone call from his office stating that “the dr. will be in late today so we’re going to have to reschedule you, he won’t be in till 4:00. We can reschedule you for Thursday if you’d like.” Here’s the kicker..... My suboxone prescription ran out on that Monday. I was alway given exactly enough to get me to the day of my next appointment. So dr. Smallow and his staff saw nothing wrong with me not having my prescribed medication for 2 1/2 days. They’re was no trying to work with me or, no explanation how that could happen, NOTHING! There was no answer when I asked what I’m supposed to do until… then. Suboxone is not the type of medication that can just be stopped for a couple days. Not only did he put my health in jeopardy but my life as well. I do not recommend him.

His a normal doctor. He just gets busy and he tries to help as many people as he can. And that’s why peaple think that he just don’t care cuz he didn’t listen the whole story...Buts it becouse he doesn’t have to, he allready knows what’s up and if you just trust him, he will get you better. But if you need someone to chat with than he is not there for that reason. So he is normal doctor not worse not better, but he definitely doesn’t deserve all those rude comments.

i waited, then when they called me,they didn't know why I was there, one office girl was particularly rude,then the doctor was so rude,treated me like I should kiss his butt, that place is no different than a pill mill ! If you want to be at the mercy of people like that for your medical needs, then thats the place for you, Disgusted

Doesn't want you to see a specialist, wants all the action for himself. Gold digger

It's bad enough that I have to wait a long time for my appointment but what's worse is that this doctor doesn't even spend time with a patient! I literally get no more than 1-2 minutes with him because he rushes me. The nurses there are far more helpful than he is because he just doesn't give a chance for me to tell all my problems.

Was very thorough when treating me. Asked a lot of realavent questions to uncover what was wrong with me

Just started in this office and I find it very use friendly and the doc seems great
