Dr. Steve Richard Crider Jr, MD

I have seen Dr Crider several times over the past 20 years and have aways found him and his staff to be very caring, professional and helpful. He takes time to listen and also to help you understand what's going on with your particular issue. I don't believe there is a more knowledgable or caring Dr anywhere. Thank you Dr Crider and staff for being there.

Dr. Crider and his staff are very rude, uncompassionate, and incompetent. This was the one and only visit I will EVER make to this awful place! His two nurses, one has long black hair and the other one I think is named Jada or something similar, are like two snobby nose high school girls that don't have a clue about what they are doing or how to be respectful to their patients. Dr. Crider is not much better either.

Do not go here! The entire staff is very uncaring, unprofessional, and do not care if you are in pain or not. A bunch of high school type students as nurses and Dr Crider is more of an intern than a Dr. Never go here again!

Dr Crider is totally rude and unprofessional!! I have five major health conditions (that are all documented by doctor’s) that cause me to be in pain all the time. I expressed to Dr Crider while I was in the exam room that I wanted something to control my pain so I can have some kind of a life. Dr Crider scheduled a pain injection. Then when I was at the scheduling desk Dr Crider comes to me and questions me why two doctor’s (over 60 days ago each: 10 pills each) were prescribing me pain medication. It was unprofessional to question me with other people-patients, doctor’s, nurses in hearing distance of what Dr Crider was saying to me. Let me be CLEAR I am not an addict- I am a person with medical conditions that cause pain! I was referred to Dr Crider because he would help with pain control! That was not true!! In my view-coming to Dr Crider was a waste of my time! My question is how can a person with 5 major medical conditions function when a ‘pain management’ doctor does not… do anything to help with pain! My opinion is to stay far far away from Dr Steven Crider: he is worthless!!!

Very polite and curtious. Phone calls back don't happen. If you have an issue from one appointment to another forget it there is NO help, you are screwed. Don't think about needing to change your appointment or have an emergency come up, you may not get another appointment for 3 months. Very true about being over booked and too many patients to handle.

I waited an hour an a half prior to my appointment I blood work done in the same building while I was waiting my arm began to bleed. I told the nurse and she said sorry we don't have any band aides. she offered a piece of gauze. my appointment was for 1:00 I did not see Dr. Crider until 2:30

I am very pleased with Dr Crider. The staff on the other hand needs work. I have been waiting almost a month to have my paper work sent in to my insurance. Someone in his office keeps passing it on to someone else and needless to say, they are missing my insurance deadline. Without this paper work completed, I do "not" get paid and my claim is denied. So Why do I even have insurance??

I was referred to Dr. Crider by my primary doctor concerning a fragmented disk in my lower spine. Dr. Crider gave me an epidural injection which immediately relieved severe pain in my lower spine. I found Dr. Crider to be skillful, professional and courteous during my visits. I would rate my experience as an excellent outcome concerning a very serious spinal issue.

If you need an appointment it's over a month before he can see you. He seems to have too many patients to handle each properly. His nurse Karen is by far the most rude and unresponsive person in the medical field ive ever met. You could call once a day for a week and never get a call back. Very poorly run office in general most of the patients I see are older so I guess they can get away with this stuff with them.

GAVE ME NO HELP AT ALL.HAD BEEN A PATIENT IN THE PRACTICE AND WAS SWITCH TO HIM WHEN MY GOOD DOC TOOK A LEAVE. CRIDER BEGAN TREATMENT AS IF I WAS A NEW PATIENT.DOESN'T BOTHER TO REVIEW THE INFORMATION TAKEN BY NURSE PRIOR TO HIS ENTRY.SADE TO HAVE GONE FROM A GOOD AND SKILLED DOC TO THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR ONE!AVOID THIS DOC. OTHERS IN PRACTICE ARE GOOD BUT THEY WOULDN'T LET ME SWITCH.
