Dr. Steven Sudeep S Rakkar

I was patient of Doc Rakar almost 20 yrs. i now live elsewhere, I have not found another equal since. He was always kind and really cared about treating me, as well as all other patients!

Careless attitude. Asked me questions about my accent. Totally irrelevant to the business. Really uncomfortable.

Dr. Rakkar diagnosed me with a serious illness several years ago. The diagnosis was correct - not a good one so I started to cry. Thank goodness my husband was there as a witness to what he said so that I knew he really said such a thing. Dr. Rakkar asked me why I was crying . He said verbatim " We all die of something." I never went back. So now I have wasted more time with thinking of him but as I am currently using vitals to find a different specialist that just retired I thought of him and wondered if he is still in practice. I hope this helps someone else out...

Dr. Rakkar has been our family doctor for 15 years. He's very thorough and always spends enough time you never feel rushed. His associate, Dr. Niemi is great, too. I like it that they will draw blood at the office rather than making you go to the lab. They have office hours every day of the week, which is very convenient.

Do yourself a favor. This is not a professionally run office. Temporary works attend you when you sign up. Billing department files duplicate claims and they never return calls. I am tired of calling and leaving messages. There is an overall lack of good management and professional approach.
