I have never responded to a review before however the last review deserves a response. In this internet world where someone can badmouth a business and expect no repercussions even if the review is a lie a person has to be able to give there side of the story. The gentlemen who gave the "horrendous" review was a patient of mine. I even operated on him with good results and thought I had a good relationship with him. He came to the office for a routine appointment and even though there was a sign at the front window telling him to inform us if his insurance changed- he didn't inform us he had a HMO. Everyone that has an HMO know you cant just go to any doctor- it needs to be your HMO doctor. When we discovered he had an HMO we let him know. By then he owed the office for 3 visits. I value my relationship with my patients and the only time there is a problem is when it involves money. As you can see by his review he is very angry and ranted about how poorly he was treated. He does… this all the time if you look at his google review history. All he had to do was talk to me if he had a problem but instead he went nuclear. I hope he finds peace and instead of attacking peoples reputation just because he feels like he has an opportunity. You be the judge. Steve Bello

Horrendous and unethical business practice. Went to the doctor three times, not once in my three visits was I ask if my insurance had changed. Furthermore, every single visit their billing department said I had a $10 co-payment, when in fact, they weren't even in my new insurance Network and had made zero effort to verify with me nor contact my insurance company despite the fact that my first visit was 9 months into the new insurance year. It's very unfortunate, I've been to this doctor for years, has my mother, neither one of us will ever go back. as a result of their bad business practice and malfeasance, despite numerous phone calls and attempting to explain the situation and negotiate the bill to a reasonable amount, even taking partial responsibility for not giving them my new insurance card, although every other doctor I've ever been to and I would venture to say in practice, ask for your new insurance card at the beginning of the year, they insisted on collecting hundreds of… dollars of unnecessary cost. had they not told me I had a $10 co-payment at my first visit and told me they were not in network, I wouldn't have gone back for the following three visits which resulted in hundreds of unpaid bills. on top of that, they're building person Jenny was incredibly rude on the phone. If there's one thing I can't stand about businesses it's unscrupulous and unethical business practices.

Dr. Bello examined my 88 yr old wife today and did an excellent job. He was patient,thorough, understanding, kind and extremely competent. I am a retired otolaryngologist and eminently qualified to evaluate Dr. Bello's examination and treatment. I will return instantl;y if the need arises.

Dr. Bello is the best. Takes his time with patients, helping with treatment and medication where necessary.

He has put tubes in my daughter's ears and repaired her broken ear drum. He took tonsils out of all 4 kids and husband. Never had any issues at all. He didn't charge for some visits and is GREAT with kids. I love him!
