Dr. Steven Charles Boles, DO

I have know that Dr Boles is arrogant and condescending for a long time. I tolerated it because I very rarely need a doctor. I discovered my blood pressure was really high and I was concerned. I contacted the office via their web service and was told to keep my appointment that was still ten days out. The message was that the problem would be addressed at my appointment. I went on line to try to figure out why for the first time in my life my blood pressure was so high. I discovered that taking Aleve & Advil on a regular basis that this could cause high blood pressure. I immediately stopped taking it and sure enough my blood pressure went right back to normal. I did go to my appointment and not one word was mentioned regarding my concerns. If I had not taken this in to my own hands I possibly could have had a very different outcome. I will never step foot in his office again. RUN!!!!

Dr Boles has been my PCP for several years. The wait time to get in is VERY reasonable. He and all the Staff are top notch. They are all friendly and care about each of us Patients. Dr Boles actually LISTENS to you, and finds the perfect plan to take care of your issues.

Take time to explain everything.

Dr. Boles has been my doctor for about 12 or 13 years and has treated me through many things. The thing that I like most outside of his saving my life through diagnosis and treatment is that he takes time with each of his patients and never gives you the bums rush. This can mean you will sometimes have a wait a bit for your turn, but when you actually get your turn you are treated and counseled for all that is ailing you at this time. I have referred a number of people to him for this. I have also always found the staff that works with him especially his wife to be most helpful and caring. He is such a good doctor that when my insurance plan changes at times I will pay out of my pocket to see him rather than trust my health to another less caring doctor.

This doctor is extremely arrogant! He has a very shady past, being in trouble with the medical board already! Where do I start! His staff is rude and just plain nasty! It very hard to make an appt. with him. Usually having to wait months and once in his office wait 1-3 hours to see him. They double and triple book him. Once seen he spends about 3 minutes with you. Zero bedside manner. Judgmental and usually just plain rude. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!! Beware of this doctor! Don't waste your time and money.

Dr. Boles is my primary care physician, an I'm more than comfortable with him. He diagnosed my peripheral neuropathy that a previous doctor had missed...he did it in record time and was spot on.

Dr. Steven Boles, is a very good doctor. He is effecient, well groomed, funny and he has great manners, he really cares about his patients and will go to any lengths to confirm his diagnois. He will send you to specialist and/or refer you to another doctor. He is usually right:) but does'nt get offended if you choose to go else where! He will always welcome you back, trust me he's been my doctor for over 13 years and he is the absolute best there is! te staff is amazing they are curtious, kind, and dependable, they know their stuff, just like the dr. i'm in and out on my appointment day. It's a win, win situation every time. Thank you!

This doctor refused to see me because I'd my medications. they did not ask if I was going to pain management which I am because I know this crooked doctor can't prescribe pain meds because of his past. beware of this doctor and his shady past he is already in trouble worth the medical board.
