Unfortunately late on appointment time even in week days.They call you on time from waiting room but it takes another fifteen minutes or so until he see you.Otherwise great dermatologist.

Saw Dr. Brooks for a cyst on my chest. I had not touched it before, and was waiting for a doctor's professional opinion. He opened the cyst and only partially drained it, and after 2 more visits, the cyst was finally gone, but in it's place was left a discolored crater scar. I cannot even wear a scoop neck without being asked "what happened! what is that!?". It is truly so embarrassing. I returned to the office to ask for him to fix it, and he has made me come back 6x over the course of a year, paying $300 each time for multiple lasers to lighten and resurface the scar THAT HE CAUSED! Upon my most recent interaction with his office, his receptionist demanded a $200 deposit for my next $300 visit to fix a problem that the doctor is the cause of! Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.I just want my skin to be back to what it was before I ever had this awful experience. $1500+ later....

very informative visit from Dr. Brooks

I did a few telehealth visits this doctor for hair loss stemming from a hair straightening treatment. He told me to take Women’s Rogaine 5%, 2x/day. The Rogaine instructions said only apply once a day, but I followed the doctor’s instructions instead because I’m not a medical expert. Fast forward weeks later with horrible and life threatening side effects: insomnia, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure. I went to my PCP who did an EKG and was diagnosed w/ sinus tachycardia. He said this dermatologist should’ve prescribed the 2% women’s Rogaine. He said 5% is too strong. I my PCP prescribed Metropolal for sinus tachycardia. I’m lucky to be alive.

I went with my wife. Dr. Brooks examined us both. He was thorough, polite, pleasant and caring. He told what he was doing and why. He explained what he was finding and not finding. He answered every question we had. I strongly recommend him. He knows what he is doing, he cares, and he is a nice person.
