Dr. Steven Campbell

Dr. Steven Campbell is the most caring, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever known ! I am an RN and have 37 years of experience with all types of doctors and I can honestly say he is the Cream of the crop! He is taking care of my husband, Tim, who has a very rare and aggressive type of bladder cancer. Dr. Campbell has called us on holidays, weekends, late hours and has been more than caring! I can’t say enough about this gentle man who is a genius in his field! We feel blessed to have met him and call him our doctor!

He saved my life. What else do I need to say?

My mother just had an operation because of her kidney tumor. Doctor Campbell did the operation and I would like to share our experience. My mother is an 83 years old Asian woman and does not speak English. she afraid of blood and hesitate to the operation. Doctor Campbell closely monitored the progression of the tumor until the risk became too high of spreading. Operation was very successful. It was quick and clean with little loss of blood. Our gratefulness to him is beyond the expression of words. He saved my motherâ??s life. Doctor Campbell not only is an excellent surgeon but also a great educator. He offered a book he wrote in plain English which helped us to understand a great deal of kidney tumor. His explanation and encouragement enable my mother to gain the confidence to win the fight with cancer. Despite his top status in his field with great respect, he is very humble and easy talk with. We feel so lucky to have him to treat her. Conclusion: As a patient, the most… important task is to find a good doctor feel comfortable with. Doctor Campbell is a such doctor with credential and experience. We confidently recommend him to who may need such help.

I cannot recommend Dr. Steven Campbell enough. He is one of the top experts in his field and I feel very fortunate to have found him. He is as compassionate as he is precise and professional. He is a gifted diagnostician and surgeon. Choose him and you will be in good hands. I know that he saved my life.

I had him remove my prostate due to cancer.He was very informative and did follow up during my recovery.I know other people that used other surgons and have alot of problems. Not me every thing still works. Yes he is very busy so think of what you want to ask him before you see him. Theres not much small talk.

Any wait is worth it for this surgeon! I read his book on kidney cancer while my boyfriend was undergoing surgery. It went exactly like it was spelled out. (BTW, his book is written for those with NO medical background so you really can understand all about your cancer). Go for the DOCTOR not the hospital and be sure someone is there to be an advocate for the patient. Dr. Campbell is who I would recommend to anyone who finds themselves with kidney cancer.

He doesn't have much bedside manner. That's okay; your mother can give you a hug. You are going to him because you are big-time sick and this guy has the expertise you need. Forget about his social skills---this is the sort of doctor who is smart beyond smart and has done a ton of research about your cancer. You will be glad you found him! He knows what you need.
