I had an appointment this morning, but didn’t get to see a provider. Because of circumstances beyond my control (there was a wreck on the parkway) I was 4 minutes late for my appointment. I knew I would be later than the 15 minute grace period, so I called the number on their website to tell them I would be late and to please hold my appointment. When I got there, the receptionist told me that I’d been “no showed.” I told her that I called to let them know. She said that I’d actually called their service in Atlanta. How would I know that? She was rude. She was uncaring. She was so ugly acting and very defensive. She raised her voice. I am so sick and I’ve been waiting for weeks and weeks to see someone. I drove an hour to see the provider. My husband took off work to go with me. The worst part is…I’ve been a patient for years and years. I’m having to find a new doctor who may actually care about this patients. Any office that turns away a very sick, established patient because of 4… minutes, isn’t a doctor anyone should see. They don’t care. 4 minutes.

Dr. Carpenter has many admirable qualities. He is professional, caring, open to discussion and is a good listener who shows concern for his patients. James and Joyce Thompson

Dr. Carpenter has been my doctor for 17 years. He is very conservative , gathers all pertinent information is very exact in his diagnosis. Stays current with the latest procedures and easy to talk with.

Very pleasant, easy to talk to, takes time to listen,shows serious concern for patients well being, but he has a very busy practice.

They make you sit for an hour before a procedure for no reason-no paperwork ot anything needed to be done just their requirement. They make your driver sit in the waiting room until the procedure is finished so that they can get the bed open quicker and shove more people through procedures. They care more about quantity than quality in this place. If you want a caring, personal Dr, go somewhere else. This place thrives on greed and they are high on their god complex and think only their time is of any value.
