Dr. Steven David Diamond, MD

I had high hopes for Dr. Diamond but his nurse has left us with no help and them wide open to a lawsuit. My husband's initial visit went well, Dr. scheduled an MRI. We received a large bill from the initial visit. We paid it. MRI had to be rescheduled because the nurse didn't fill out the paperwork in time. Insurance denied the MRI. We called...and called...and called... for WEEKS we called Dr. Diamond's office with no callback. Only messages left with the front office. At one point I was begging and crying for them to call my husband back. He is in so much pain and all we needed was advice from Dr. Diamond's office (his nurse) about what to do. Our next appointment with Dr. Diamond was supposed to be for the followup of the MRI which never happened, and the nurse nor Dr. Diamond ever called us back. 2 months that went on. We just wanted them to call us back to let us know what we were supposed to do. They could have called the insurance company, they could have called us and told us… what our next step was. But no... they left us in limbo and my husband is in daily pain with no solution and now we are back to square one. What's really worse is that we told Dr. Diamond from the 1st (and only) visit we had with him that my husband was misdiagnosed for 2 years. This has been a very long trialing and scary thing for him and we really thought we had found a doctor who gave two craps about us. Nobody cared. Nobody has called back. We received a text message a couple days before my husband's next appointment that was for the MRI followup. The irony of that text. We did the auto cancel and they auto replied that someone would call him back to reschedule. Ha. That'll be the day.

I have seen many Dr's and Dr Diamond is outstanding. He really truly cares and is a fantastic Dr.

Doctor & his staff are the best. My wife & I have never had a problem that wasn't taken care of right away.

Without a doubt, Dr. Diamond is the best physician I personally have ever had. He listens attentively and is extremely easy to talk to. His knowledge is quite expansive but he does not have an ego and knows when he needs to research something or recommend that you see a specialist. He is very kind and understanding, never rushes you and always has a smile on his face or a humorous story to share. His staff, Denise, Jill and Michelle are all welcoming, kindly and go above and beyond what is expected. My only complaint being that I do not have a designated parking spot, painted bright pink yet.

Dr. Diamond really cares about his patients and he takes the time to listen to you and he weighs what you say and takes it into account while he makes his diagnosis. Just a really great experience!

Dr Diamond is a wonderful physician! He always takes the time to explain everything, truly cares about his patients. When a recent illness landed me in the ER, Dr. Diamond came to see me while I was still there and smoothed out the admission. I would reccommend to anyone!!!!!

Dr. Diamond and his staff are excellent. They treat you like family, you're not just another anonymous face. He and his nurses take their time with you, they listen and are more than willing to work with other doctors.

Great doctor, accurate diagnosis, well kept computerized records which he reviews each time he sees you. Wonderful care. Will take however long he feels is necessary to examine you.
