Dr. Steven Harold Eversley, MD

Called and waded through the VM menus to leave a VM for the Tech to receive an order. Got a call back saying I don't have a physical scheduled. Responded back, I know I just need to order before an upcoming visit. No response for multiple days. Tried Klara -- reminded of previous call and asked for order. Was offered appointment times. Made a personal visit to the office to get the order. Was told it wasn't ready. Checked in on Klara twice. No order. Had to cancel the appointment that I needed the order for. Went the next day to the office -- irascible front desk -- raised her voice and interrupted me. Waited for the order cancelled my appointment with Dr. Eversley -- but front desk didn't ask me to reschedule. There is truly a problem with the administrative side. You put yourself through a irritating process with rude people -- just to get a required procedure done. I hope Dr. Eversley can address the staff issues soon.

Worst front desk ever... Called to make a new patient appt. was told they would mail forms. They didn't. Made a special trip to pick up forms and said we were told they would be mailed. Front desk just said --"OK". We said "Just OK - no sorry." And she just looked away.... Incredibly unprofessional

I have been going to this doctor for 15 years and he used to be wonderful, but over the years he has become more disengaged and less interested to the point that I have finally left because I now realize that he really isn't listening to me or paying attention to my symptoms and he is missing information about a major condition that had gone undiagnosed for years. I don't know what happened. I don't know where my wonderful, caring doctor went, maybe the insurance system has broken him, maybe it's something personal, but he is no longer taking good care of me.

Dr. Eversley has been my primary physician for over 10 years and having been with several other doctors previously value his willingness to listen and his high level of professionalism and extensive knowledge. He is big on preventive medicine and has kept me from developing serious heart disease that is prevalent in my family history. He is up on the latest treatments and is proactive in keeping his patience healthy.

I am one who really hate to go to doctors. Another doctor referred me to Dr. Eversley and I have been happy and comfortable since. For the person that I am he puts me at ease,

Dr Eversley is fine but is staff is terrible, rude, entitled, difficult and generally incompetent. Taking basic information is a challenge for them. Thinking they can treat clients like crap is not a strong business profile.

Dr. Eversley is a fine doctor but his office staff cannot be trusted. They made a mistake on a prior approval (which they charge $30 for) and they will not correct the error.

Dr. Eversley has been my internist for a decade, and is the first and only doctor I have trusted completely to act in my interests, explain any conditions and treatment options completely, and clearly project caring about me as both a patient and an individual. They don't come any better! Spotty and sometimes irascible front desk service has shown dramatic improvement in last year...zero wait at my last visit! Planned improvements for requesting Rx refills and scheduling appts via Internet will be welcome.

Generally polite & caring. Difficult to get appts on a urgent care needs basis. Routine visits need to be scheduled months in advance, praying the staff doesn't call the week before to change. Staff/office practices detract from the comfort level you should have with your primary care physician.
