I have been a patient for a long time and no long need to see him, but it is sure nice to stop by once in a while. He is a trusted advisor and friend, who helped during tough times, and now enjoys listening to me talk about my grandchildren.

He spent more time staring at his Iphone than he did talking with me. The session was constantly interrupted by phone calls and his need to check his email.It was the height of unprofessionalism.
