Dr. Steven Jay Fishman, MD

If you need a general checkup, FIshman is not the guy to see. He may be talented as a surgeon, but he is a bomb for an annual checkup. He seems bored, tired and uninterested. Mr. Personality he is not. He completed my review in under a minute. Couldn't care less. It took more time to undress than it did for him to look over my body.

I had an earlobe repair done by Dr. Fishman and it was done proficiently. His bedside manner was professional and answered any questions I had. I would recommend him for this procedure.

Great job and great appointment. He is my favorite go-to doctor and has always helped me. The staff in incredible and Dr. Fishman is even better. He does everything that I need better than any other doctor. Definitely the best in business.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fishman’s for several years now, after moving from Eastern Long Island. Having undergone several procedures (some not always pleasant) Dr. Fishman and his staff have always provided me with a kind, courteous and professional level of care with stellar results. I went to Dr. Fishman for a simple procedure, to have the piercing on my ears slightly closed. He ended up burning my ear with a propane torch, and then he cut off my earlobe. In the beginning he refused to give me the medical records. I then called the Department of Health, they told me to submit a request for original copies of my medical record. After I did that I received numerous papers that included notations that had nothing to do with my case. At this time I do not recommend Dr. Fishman for this procedure.

My family has been going to Dr. Fishman for 16 years and have always had confidence that he was a formidable dermatologist. His staff is pleasant and his office also offers a full range of cosmetic dermatology on par with NYC practices. (lasers, fillers, and Botox.).

Just about the worst experience, comes in and runs a numbing solution on and starts in cutting, which was really awful since it was near my nose. My neighbor had the same experience

Our family are repeat patients of this practice. Over the years, my fair skinned husband has had Dr. Fishman freeze precancerous lesions on both his face and hands and we are confident in Dr. Fishman's dermatological expertise . However, the real find at this practice is Dr. Fishman's nurse Loree Ann who specializes in the cosmetic end of the practice. As a healthy and fit middle aged woman, my aging concerns have been addressed by her and I have had both Botox and dermal fillers and have been very pleased with the results. These treatments have helped me maintain a youthful appearance with no fear of looking artificial and "done". People ask me all the time how I look so young for my age and I tell them that it's the discerning eye and skilled hands of Loree Ann! She also has a great sense of humor and a gift for putting people at ease!

HAD A BAD CASE OF ACNE. CATSKILL DERMATOLOGY WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. I SAW THE PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT. WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN A MATTER OF MINUTES. WAS GIVEN 2 PRESCRIPTIONS WHICH WERE FAXED OVER TO MY PHARMACY AND READY TO PICK UP WHEN I GET THERE. TOLD TO FOLLOW UP IN 2 WEEKS AND MY FACE IS DOING ALOT BETTER AFTER ONLY 2 WEEKS. WOULD RECOMMEND.
