A Heartless Doctor Who Prioritizes Policies Over Lives. Dr. Steven Frucht’s heartless refusal to see my terminally ill mother, despite being recommended by another doctor and my desperate pleas, due to his rigid office policy (can’t switch providers even for a second opinion), is an appalling display of indifference and disregard for human life. I can confidently say that this doctor has the compassion of a stone and lacks any semblance of empathy for patients and their families. I strongly advise against seeking care from this doctor, as their lack of empathy is truly reprehensible.

Another neurologist recommended Dr Frucht and we had high hopes. His fellow assessed us initially then he came in. He was curt and pompous but knowledgeable. I truly believe that you could be excellent in your field yet have a kind approach to your patients. Unfortunately this was not the case and his bedside manner was beyond lacking.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Frucht. He is warm, caring and attentive. For our initial visit, he spent all the time with my son and me, giving us complete attention and listening attentively to my concerns. A physician working with him met with us initially to get a summary of my son's medical issues. Then Dr. Frucht came in and spoke with us about a plan for him to help my son. When I left, I realized I had forgotten to ask a question, so I left a message. His assistant physician (not nurse) called us back immediately and addressed my question. I also needed more help regarding a referral, and the office staff was wonderful. They spoke to Dr. Frucht and called me back immediately. I don't expect the director of the department to call me personally, but the office staff and his Fellow and staff did speak to him regarding my questions and followed up immediately. I never felt as if my concerns were unimportant, and I have complete faith in Dr. Frucht and his team. I look… forward to being a part of his care team for my son. There is a reason why two of my neurologists in New Jersey referred me to Dr. Frucht, and I feel fortunate that he is caring for my son.

I am very happy to have been referred to Dr. Frucht. His staff very friendly and helpful. And Dr. Frucht actually spent time with me and he listened! His exam was very thorough. He clearly answered a myriad of questions with patience. Maybe he's not warm and fuzzy, but he definitely is passionate about his chosen field. He feels strongly he can help me, and I believe him.

Upon entering it was a beautiful office setting. The staff who "checked me in" were pleasant. When I was invited back to the medical office, I was interviewed by what I would consider a junior Dr . She was probably a doctor who is under studying Dr. Frucht. Shortly thereafter another man joined us who was a doctor. Between both of them they screened me - taking a short history and running some initial tests - preparing me to meet Dr. Frucht. He is a very stoic man which is good in a doctor in my experience. After running several tests and ninterview with me including a video in which I was asked to perform certain tasks, he was able to diagnose me. I'm confident that he will be able to treat me. He never walked out of the office. I will see how this goes and update in the future. Best of luck to all amd good health in 2019!

Dr. Frucht accurately diagnosed my daughter. She went from being disabled to fully functioning. He does not sugar coat things. So if he can help and symptoms are neurological then he will. We found him to be extremely caring.

Frucht should be on the " List of America's Most Narcissistic Doctors". This guy is an arrogant, cold blooded lizard who looked at my miserable movement disorder and rendered a diagnosis of - get this - " I don't know what that is" and walked out of the exam room. That's a direct quote. The cleaning lady could have told me that! He ordered no testing, no meds, follow up are referral to another specialist. In fact my disorder was produced by a LYMPHOMA and I would decline for another four, painful, dysfunctional lost years because of him.Please -- stay away from this fat, little weirdo. He is dangerously incompetent, arrogant and calloused.

This arrogant slob put zero effort into my wife's case and didn't even produce a diagnosis. He simply didn't bother. He literally just walked out of the office, went to another office and never came back. The resident assistant had no idea what to enter into the record. This man is bizarre.

Just look at his photo! It says it all! Frucht is a bloodless, egocentric freak who'd knock his own mother down to snag a loose dollar. He is a lazy, calloused human doughboy who routinely shirks his responsibility to care for patients. He's obviously more interested in donuts than medicine. Frucht is just a fat, overgrown narcissistic child. He must have been parented by a pair of amoral mutants.

This Dr was downright cold He had no compassion for my pain and barely gave me an exam before stating I should try behavioral cognitive therapy Meanwhile I continued to have face drop , involuntary movements , twitches and pain in my hands in feet He scheduled no test and offered no medicine He never asked me once if I was in pain , or about my suffering He needs to stay in the classroom and lecture and writing scholarly articles Frankly , as a professor myself , I feel sorry for his students who are learning horrible bedside manner Shame on you Steven I don't know how you sleep at night
