He takes his time to listen thoroughly, gives me eye contact to let me know he is listening, answers each question completely, and he even researched back in my records to help me verify the answers I needed. He explained his given instructions and why I needed to take my medications, and the reason for what the medications do for me personally. He never makes me feel rushed, and I feel he truly cares about my well-being. I have a lot of trust in his knowledge, and that gives me great comfort.
