Dr. Steven Philip Glusman, MD

I really thank him for being so nice and informative with my Dad. He is so caring,sweet and funny. The best!!

I liked that he has a large knowledge base; that his kindness towards myself will not be forgotten; and that he always tempered the appointments with humor.

I suffered from my first seizure in the end of may 2013. I was very scared and unsure of what to do. I thought I was lucky to get a quick appointment with dr. Glusman, but that is where my luck ran out. First I stayed in the waiting room for more than an hour. Once I was called back there he didn't even acknowledge my presence. His office looked like a college dorm room filled with junk. He was busy on his computer complaining to himself about a file. I then asked if it was my file because I did bring a cd of my tests that my primary ordered. He then said no, it's for another patient and then asked rudely why I had tests done. Then complained about how I wasn't scheduled for a new patient appointment. Not once did he ask about what happened or how I was feeling. I stood up and told him I needed someone to care about my health and didn't want him to be my doctor. He couldn't care less. Worst doctor appointment of my life.

The staff doesn"t keep up with the Dr's orders. Very disorganized with Dr's medical charts. Inconvenience to contact always has a recorded messsge due to high volume of calls, negative contact. The medical assistance have not once continued to follow up. Client always has to call and call to remind and have them remember what the Dr. explained on the visit.

I Disliked the office organization-Staff not at all friendly and no communication as to why long waiting period. Only visited Dr. 2 times and 3rd was the worst- We left office and will seek other Dr.

If you don't mind waiting for 2 hours to be seen for 5 minutes then go for it. Dr. Glusman has on at least 3 occassions not been in the office even though he has patients waiting and the staff may not inform you. He's never once done a test to see what could be causing my migraines. Planning on switching to a new doc.

Wonderful, after so many years of frequent tremors and seizures, Dr. Glusman gave a different medicine and finally I've been a lot better. Very knowledgeable and very courteous. Highly recommend.
