Dr. Steven Vincent Hagan, MD

I was yelled at by a PA Matt M. when receiving MRI results and not allowed to ask questions and although I work in healthcare, talked to as if I were an idiot. I reported it and was told it was handled. I hope as promised no further interaction from this PA. At a subsequent visit (which I had called the Friday prior to confirm they had injections for both knees), was told during my visit that OH SURPRISE they only had one for one knee. As I was leaving I was stopped by PA Matt M. in the hallway in front of staff & other patients to justify wasting THEIR TIME. This PA blatantly spoke about my PHI in an open hallway, had the balls to ask why I wasted THEIR TIME after I’d called ahead the Friday prior, and was interrogated as to why I apparently was in the wrong. I reported this incident again and was told it would be handled. Well it WASNT. Never going to this provider ever again as it seems okay for them to be abusive to their patients & your fault whenever their staff… makes mistakes.

I have had two shoulder surgery's, a shoulder manipulation, a knee scoped, and most recent, a knee replacement surgery. Dr. Hagan is by far the best Orthopedic Dr. around. I have had experiences with other Orthopedic Dr,'s, and Dr. Hagan out shines them all. He truly cares about his patients and does an out standing job. He has an excellent staff who also take excellent care of their patients. All I can say is thank you to all of you. Thank you to all of you

This dr. is so arrogant, he doesn't look at anything. He is not interested in anyone on Medicare. He nor anyone in his office did I observe wash their hands. They never took my temperature, blood pressure, or weight, yet shot me with cortisone, never did a follow up for how I was doing, allergic, etc...no interest in patient...would not give a prescription for chair lifts so that state tax could be left off, said he never heard of such vehicle!!! terrible office demeanor..... The dr. spent no time with me, PA does it all, they never checked out anything to do with my knee, just a pat, pat, and I have a torn meniscus.

Dr Hagan is an amazing surgeon. Both he and his staff are fantastic. I had a trumatic inury and was able to get in and see him the next day. Had surgery at Nebraska Orthopedic Hospital-- WONDERFUL hospital. Everyone was extremely caring and professional. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Dr Hagan is an excellent dr and surgeon who has seen me for a variety of problems. He has excellent bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable even in difficult situations like surgery. It is easy to get an appointment and his support staff is great at answering questions.

Dr. Hagan performed ACL repairs on each of my husband's knees (one at age 50 and one at age 58). We were so pleased with him and would not hesitate to recommend him.
