I like to start off by thanking Dr Helft- and Dr Reichard On there professionalism and there outstanding performance today, they are Exceptional Docto There team of RNS! are as equal,! And I like to thank them personally, Erika - pre Procedure Amanda- In Procedure Justine- Post Procedure There team of RNS! are truly professional! they take personal care of there patients!!! I recommend Dr Helft and his staff with FIVE STARS Service

I was very nervous about getting a colonoscopy, and especially about the anesthesia, which I really didn't want at all. Dr. Helft and his team (Theresa, Bonnie, Anthony) all made me feel very comfortable about my choice and Dr. Helft even helped to "talk me through" the procedure without the aid of any sedation at all. I'm so grateful that everyone respected my decision and took my anxiety about anesthesia seriously. Believe me, this has not always been the case with other doctors and teams. (By the way, this is not a reflection on the anesthesiologist, as I know he is quite capable. I simply have anxiety about anesthesia.)

I have been to Dr. Helft a few times over the years for various issues. Most recently I was being bounced around from doctor to doctor and ended up in the ER with terrible chest pain. I was convinced it was my gall bladder but because it wasn't typical pain, no one would listen to me. One visit with Dr. Helft and he believed me (the ultrasound that was done helped identify the issue as well). So after years of suffering with this pain he referred me to a surgeon and I had my gall bladder out within the month. I have had no chest pain since and I'm soooo happy!!! On top of that, he spent so much time in the room and really listened to all of my concerns. I highly highly recommend Dr. Helft.

Dr. Helft was very professional and thorough taking the time to explain everything to me which was very comforting since I had never seen a gastroenterologist before. I would highly recommend him and CareMount medical center in general.

He not only cured my grandmother of hep c but he also took care of my mother when she had problems in her digestive tract. He is very kind and listens to everything you have to say and answers all your questions. Never rushes you. Plus he has an excellent sense of humor. Definitely recommend him.
