Dr. Steven Matthew Hollenbeck, MD

Dr. Hollenbeck did a great job . I was very nervous about the procedure, being that my son is so small . He was born with a webbed finger .. the nurse was rude , it was early in the morning . I was ready to leave . Dr. Hollenbeck came and explained everything . Gave an expectation and explanation for everything . He made me feel secure . He was polite and the procedure was quick . My son’s recovery process has been so easy . He’s moving around like nothing even happened . And his original team and staff at his home facility are are always so welcoming and friendly . Thank you , for all you do .

Hollenbeck and his staff are AMAZING! They were all very friendly and Dr. Hollenbeck eased my sons worries and explained everything to him in a way he understood! My son wanted so badly to return to sports and activities as soon as possible and hollenbeck understood his frustration and was able to make it happen! My son was dreading this appointment but walked out of his office with the biggest smile on his face! We had an amazing experience and all staff went above and beyond! Thank you!

Waited an hour to go back, when we finally got called it was to another waiting room. Saw doctors mid level, which was in the room for 2 minutes, did nothing, and talked down to us (I am an RN and husband surgical tech/RN). Then Doctor came in, was super nice, but was with us for maybe 5 minutes. If we were a follow up appt I understand the time being with us but we were a new patient (for my 1.5 year old with a rare disorder). Very frustrating.

We had a great treatment. He did my son’s surgery and he explained everything very well. He cares about he’s patients. We had great staff at the surgery center.

Didn’t have to wait very long in any of the steps of the appt for my daughter. Dr. Hollenbeck was very personable, answered all our questions, and explained everything to us so well. I left there feeling so much better about my daughter’s condition. Would recommend him to anyone!

Everything was on time.Everbody was helpful and very nice.

All of the staff including reception, nursing, radiology and doctor are very kind and help make the experience as smooth as possible. Dr Hollenbeck is very patient with kids and knowledgeable.

Got us in within 24 hours of injury and got us on the road to recovery quickly and explained all our options

We saw Hallenbeck's PA this time. They are both great, caring, and take time to make sure that you understand diagnosis and treatment. I would recommend highly him and staff to anyone. Only complaint is the wait time can be way too long, when you have to get back to work and child back to school.

Dr. Hollenbeck and staff were so knowledgeable and gentle with my daughter and her wrestling injury. I will never take my kids anywhere else. The radiology girls were so gentle and explained the positions for her so we could get optimal images. Best pediatric orthopedic doctor, office, and staff.
