Steven was very condescending, and had no sympathy for the pain I was in. He treated me like was faking my injury. I would steer away from this Doctor.

I had my left hip replaced three months ago. About a month later the area around the incision was red and there was concern that it might be infected. I am in Canada so it was not possible to see Dr. Kassman. However, Dr. Kassman assisted in evaluating the situation in conjunction with my GP, which turned out to be nothing. During the evaluation Dr. Kassman was in touch with me every day and could not have been more attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Kassman.

I had my right hip replaced about 10 days ago, everything is going very well. DR. Kassman is very good at what he does and has been very patient with me. I am a large man and I know the surgery wasn't easy but Dr. Kassman walked me through the whole process. I would recommend Dr. Kassman, 5 stars

So my husband has needed a knee replacement for about three years now, and couldn’t get on the queue to have it done in Canada where we live. So in desperation knew we had to go to stateside to have this done. We contacted Dr. kassman’s contact AND had the operation within two weeks. It was done with the robotic arm so as less intrusive and absolutely precise. We worked with the physiotherapist that is recommended by the clinic, whom we absolutely loved with that. We also hired a driver who looked after everything.. from picking us up at the airport, taking us to all the appointments, having the correct equipment that is required during our stay, and also looking after necessary medication prescribed by the doctor. Overall a wonderful experience and we were coming back five weeks later to have the other knee replaced.
