I didn't even get a chance to meet the Dr. because the wait time was so long and i had to leave a go back to work. The staff showed zero remorse about the administration.

Filing a complaint with medical board. They cancel your appointments. Treat you like a number and not a human being. Chest pains & they can't see you for months. No live person to talk to, unless you press option for payments. They want the money. When it comes to telling you anything about your health, they leave you completely in the dark. Doctor rushes people in like cattle, gives you test and you are out the door. Test results, he doesn't go over with you, they seemed done for insurance to pay, because you won't be told the results. I am fighting to get my medical recorders and leave the herd, he rushes through. You want to be a insurance pawn this is the place. If you want a doctor that treats your like a valued human being, this is not the place.

The wait time is so long you have to leave and re-schedule. The place was so unorganized it was like a zoo. I guess he over books so that he came make all the money in Baton Rouge, in turn not caring about his patients time.

Excellent physician, very easy to talk to. His examinations are thorough and very comprehensive. He is genuinely concerned about the health of his patients.

I appreciate the care Dr. Kelley and his staff give to me and my daughter. He has such good bedside manners.

Dr Kelly you should really learn had to tell a person of something even this horrible not to hurt their feelings. You could have told me you have a problem that needs to be addressed soon because as a patient I wouldn't want anything to happen to you. Rather than say if we don't do this right away you can just walk out of here and dropped dead!! You make me feel so uncomfortable I have not been able to sleep is not was a problem that I potentially have phone what you gather from my stress test but rather from the way that you said it to me sir.

I think that part of being a great physician like any other professional is to have the a professional and skillful manner of communication. 10 years ago I met Dr. Kelley for a stress test as a part of general health assessment. In the last five months my wife needed to see a cardiologist before her hernia repair operation. We made two visits. During the initial visit he read the EKG and Result of a test and concluded that my wife can proceed with her surgery. Then he changed his opinion and suggested for her to do a stress test! Once completed, his manner of speech changed and took a 180degree turn by telling her that the hopes of making it are slim! My wife's face was covered with tears when I made it back in to the examination room.we discussed this by me asking many , many question related to the possibility of false positive results, etc. Regardless of the decision Dr. Kelley needs to brush up on how to be more determined and two how to approach his patients. Suffering from… anxiety this was not easy for her. I was born in middle east and I think I can communicate better with this natural born American! I also asked him that of he has completed one of his own stress tests? "No!" was the answer. He is 45 he can use one! How can he communicate with someone without taking part! By the way Sarah ad Philip in the lab were great. Twi, the oriental nurse without any manner should look for a job in the back of a fish house.

Dr Kelly initially was seem to be very nice. then he's really bedside manners became really very cut and dry. His nurse tweak whatever she's from she needs a lesson on how to treat patients very rude oriental woman. The only one in the whole staff that I felt very comfortable with if the lady Sara and Phillips kind people that should have more of those in the world.
