Dr. Steven Michael Klein, MD

If you want excellent medical care, Dr. Klein is for you. He is very caring about his patients and his assistant Susie is great too.

Doctor performed a minor surgery and I experienced heavy bleeding in the weeks following. Doctor told me some people bleed more than others, despite the fact I had never experienced any problems in past. I am healthy so this took me off guard. I had to miss a lot of work to run to his office so he could stop the bleeding. I would leave his office and by the the time I got to the freeway blood was pouring back out of me. I then finally had to see another doctor at the same office who determined an artery had been severed, he fixed it. The kicker was getting a bill for each time Dr. Klein attempted to stop the bleeding but in actuality he wasn't even addressing the cause of the bleeding. Despite him being a friendly doctor, I would never go back to him due to the stress, missed work, and cost this caused me.
