Dr. Steven Lamm, MD

Unfriendly unhelpful environment. Spent 3 minutes with me yet still getting charged co-pay. Now have to schedule another doctor because my concerns were not addressed.

Dr Lamm is a perfect doc in a sense he empowers you in your treatment and care. I have never seen a doctor who gives you the responsibility of taking charge of your health. He is a delight; calm, composed and competent

My life and health has been rejuvenated by this modern Nostradamus.He is a physician of now and the future.

This doctor is impossible to reach even in emergencies. He is about the show not the practice.

Despite his professional and nice disposition, I decided not to go back to him for the following reasons:1. His staff is terrible. I had the most painful experience with his nurse. She laughed it off when i told her I was hurting.2. He tries to sell you his vitamins.3. He wants you to come back for second appointment, always...where most doctors would just call you to tell you your test results if all is well...

he's a good doctor but is surrounded by the worst staff possible - they are obnoxious, arrogant, rude and act put upon no matter what the situation is - and they lie about receiving faxes etc. they do not adequately follow up on insurance. this doctor deserves better.

I must say that the person at the front desk is arogant and extremely rude which starts your experience off with Dr Lamm poorly

The office staff is rude and the worst I have had contact with.The doctor is caring and takes his time with you.Follow up can use improvement.

Dr. Lamm was my father's primary care doc for his recovery after a severe stroke. He not only provided excellent care, diagnosis and direct support, he also was a savvy "traffic cop" in helping us navigate the complex maze of hospital red tape, dealings with other docs (specialists), etc. He clearly knows the ropes and was nothing short of superb in his care of my dad. I actually switched to Dr. Lamm as my own primary care doc during this time, due to his great care. While I agree with some other comments that he is very busy, but when he is with you, he takes whatever time is needed for history, listening to your complaints, and providing spot-on diagnoses, recommendations and support. His active involvement in being an on-air expert means that he stays current with all new developments and is able to integrate new learnings into his day-to-day practice. I recommend him without hesitation.

My Company has changed providers and his office does not accept it, he will be missed. You can get an appointment at anytime. You will not be waiting long to be seen. His diagnoses are straight to the point and talks to you face to face and tells it like it is.
