Besides my regular doctor, I've never once had a doctor treat me with so much respect. He actually listened to every word and I said. He pulled up a diagram showing the difference between syndromes and gave me a better understanding of that part. He got me scheduled for more test. From start to finish, I was treated like I was the only patient and I was family.

Dr. Took the time to call to review xray results and next steps options. That was a very nice personal touch we don't often see.

Concerned doctor; provided helpful information.

THIS MAN IS A JOKE.HE PLAYS WITH PEOPLES LIVES.my sister had him for 5 years and he did nothing but multiple endoscopys and colonoscopys and told her there was absaloutley nothing he could do for her also called into question her mental state and also called another Dr and told him habout said mental state.shes tried all the treatments for her UNTREATED VERY OUT OF CONTROL CHRONES DISEASE. all of the medications out currently she has reacted to.surgery is not a option cause of her weak immune system.she currently has a new gi who has done more in 6 months then he did in 5 years to include finding she gastritis and shes had it since 2016 WICH STILL HAD DR LARSON AND IT WAS VERY EASY TO SEE IN HER ENDOSCOPY RESULTS.do not trust tbis man he unreliable and he chooses to treat who he wants and collect the money from other patients and make them feel crazy.its negligence and malpractice and had he done his job properly years ago she would likely wouldn't be suffering as bad as she is… now.nsnow she also has gallbladder disease and it's also in opperable.this man is in no position to be handling lives and advise to do research before allowing him to do this to ur loved one.

Dr. Larson is fine. His receptionist is just plain nasty. She said my 4 different doctors were wrong and she knew more than them. I told her to stop several times and she kept going on and on. Finally hung up and reported her to my doctor who daid what she did was very wrong.

I had my first appointment with Dr Larson yesterday for a colonoscopy where I met him for the first time bedside as I was getting prepped for the procedure. As others have commented, he took the time to listen to me, explained in a straightforward manner what we were going to do, the possible side effects and dangers and with a very calm and assured demeanor let me know I was in good hands, and I felt that I was. I've had this procedure before and I feel that this time Dr Larson was one of the best practitioners of this profession. I would not hesitate to see him again if I needed further medical help!

Took time to explain condition and accept questions

He was disorganized and lacked any interest in helping fix the problems my wife has. Diagnosis shifted 180 degrees from one day to the last...he forgot what he had said and he had no follow thru on data he said he would gather and had no plan for further treatment. Horrible doctor!

I came to Dr. Steven after I spent two frustating months trying to be taken care of at the other digesting group in Tacoma for my health problems. He is almost the only one in a long list of doctors that I have seen lately that takes as much time needed to listen to your problems without rushing you. He was thorough in his exam,in looking at my records, in discussing my problems and in ordering the right test. He personally called me and discussed at lenght again the results over the phone, instead of the usual message relayed by a nurse.
