Dr. Steven Thomas Pantelakos, MD

Today I went for my weekly allergy shot, the dept was closed for lunch,as a elderly women in my 70’s, I waited in front of the entrance door, where they set up out side due to the corona virus, I had on my n95 mask and gloves, the sun was bright,it was very warm, especially with my protective mask and gloves on, so I stood in the shade. When they opened it was only three of us waiting for our shoots, I was approached by Michelle (LPN ), who very aggressively and rude insisted that I stand in the sun, behind the post, I asked her if I could stay in the shade, since there was only three of us, and I arrived first, she proceed to ignore me, and signed in the other two patients, and would not allow me to sign in until I stood in the Sun behind the post, when she gave me ,my shot in both arms it was unusually painful. As I left approaching my car, she was practically yelling at me stating “ AND YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY, IT WAS SAID VERY SARCASTICALLY. I FELT VERY DISHEARTED.

Of course one wants total competence when one must have a sinus operation, and Dr. Pantelakos is highly skilled, careful and compassionate. He takes time to answer all questions; he made me feel as though he had as much time as I needed to have all questions and concerns answered. I would recommend this surgeon to anyone without hesitation. I feel great after my recent surgery, and I am very grateful for his expert care.
