Dr. Deidra Arelene Blanks, MD

I was referred to Dr Blanks by my Opthamologist because of droopy eye lids, I also have hooded eyelids being of asian descent. Dr Blanks was informative, friendly, I felt welcomed like I was with a friend. She performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty, and 1 month out I look and feel great. I had no pain after the procedure, and followed her directions to keep the swelling to a minimum. She told me what to expect and I think it was worst case because I don't think I was nearly as bruised or swollen as I've seen on line. I know that it will take some time for it all to settle and be 100% but I feel I am 90% there. I have a beautiful eye crease and my bags are gone. I highly recommend this facility and drs as they and their team are wonderful. thank you Dr Blanks and Team..

Went back for a second time and after all the degrees and patients she may or may not have I would figure that she seen it all but unfortunately she haven’t so I have to go to duke please do not see this particular drs and the staff aren’t the best either u have to understand when it only one off in the city things do not go so well but I figured that that should at least know their work and they will say anything to get u in and out of there FAST SO PLAY IT SAFE WITH DUKE OR CHAPLE HILL WICH ID THE BEST AND HAVE WAY MORE EXPERIENCED DRS AND SUGEONS THAT CAN ASSIT US BETTER

I WENT TO THIS DR AND I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. STAFF WAS NOT COMPASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR WORK AND NOT UNDERSTANDING WHEN PEOPLE ARE IN PAIN SHE (BANKS) LAUGHED THE WHOLE TIME AND THE ENERGY WAS OFF IT WAS LIKE IT WAS A JOKE THAT I WAS THERE. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DR IF YOU EWANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY !!!!! THE STAFF WAS ALSO VERY RUDE, ALL OF THEM !!! THEY ARE NOT UP TO DATE WITH THEIR SYSTEMS AND CATER TO THE IMPORTANT (WHITE ) PATIENTS MORE THAN THE DO TO PEOPLE OF COLOR THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND ALL OVER THE PLACE IN THE OFFICE THE ATOMOSPHERE IS UNCLEAN AND DISTURBING THEY DO NOT TAKE (US) SERIOUSLY. WHEN PEOPLE SHOW WHO THEY ARE ITS BEST TO BELIEVE IT THE FIRST TIME SOME H.E.L.L OF AN IMPRESSION MISS..THE OFFICE IS NEGATIVE AND DISFUCTIONAL AND I PRAY AND HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS BACK TO THE STAFF SO THAT THEY CAN CHANGE THEY WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE I WANT DR BLANKS TO KNOW THAT SHE DONT HAVE TO BE SO UGLY TO PEOLE AND ITS NOT A GOOD LOOK BUT IM SURE THAT IM NOT HE ONLY ONE… THAT THINKS SO BECAUSE WHAT U SHOW IN THE OFFICE IS A QUALITY THAT YOU DIDNT GROW OVERNIGHT U F.U.C.K.E.D. UP FORREAL AND SO IS THE STAFF I ENCOURAGE THAT PEOPLE DO MORE RESEARCH OR EVEN BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THE DRS I KNOW I WILL BECAUSE SOMEBODY ELSE I AM POSTIVE KNOW THAT U ANIT S.H.I.T WITH THAT BEING SAID IF THAT IS WHAT THE OFFICE IS LIKE IM SURE OTHERS ARE FOLLWERS THERE AND LEARN FRON THE PEOPLE IN HIGHER POSTIONS SOME H.E.L.L OF A ROLE MODEL .YOUR A SICK INDIVIUAL EMOTIONALLY SPIRITUALLY AND MENTALLY I WILL PRAY FOR YOUR MISERABLE A.S.S. AND FOR THE RECORD .. U WILL NEVER FORGET THIS REVIEW IT WILL STAY IN YOUR HEAD FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IT WILL BE ON THE INTERNET FOR THE REST OF YOUR CAREER FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE KUDOS.......

Compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly. First office of this kind that didn't make me feel like I was being looked down on for not being wealthy and wasting their time. Dr. Blanks assistant is incredible too. Absolutely nothing unpleasant about my treatment or visits.
