I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve debt with San Marcos and Escondido pharmacy’s and couldn’t ask for better service.

Frustrating!!!

Although this pharmacy is often crowded I have found the process to get a prescription is easy and on-time. The staff works hard to keep up with the demand. Even with a crowded waiting area they take the time to make certain my questions are answered and the prescriptions are filled correctly.

I’m a new Kaiser patient and had a Doctor call in a prescription for me. It is Saturday afternoon, and I’m not able to find out whether or not the description has been filled and is available for pickup. I called a few different phone numbers, all automated numbers that tell you to call yet another toll free number. 15 minutes later I was able to leave a message for some robot. This is ridiculous. So impersonal and not helpful at all. I still don’t know if my prescription will be ready for pickup this weekend or may have to wait until next week.
