Dr. Pillow is a true blessing! He listens to you, and he REALLY HEARS you! Compassionate and extremely informative, you can ask him anything, and know that you will be given a truthful answer. He is a true patient-advocate, keeping his patients up-to-date on the latest medical breakthroughs and advancements. The medical and office staff are also wonderful! Trust me, Dr. Pillow is a very rare find! You’ll be so glad (and relieved) to finally find an OUTSTANDING OB/GYNE!

Dr. Pillow has been my GYN/OB for over 35 years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Awesome Staff too!

I was pleasantly surprise when receiving a call from his office to have me come to see Dr. Pillow and scheduled me an apt for that same day. The staff was very kind and friendly all of them. Dr. Pillow had a consultation to go over test results of a procedure that he did not ordered himself but was gather for health record for that office. Dr. Pillow went above and beyond expectations and his consultation was in great detail. He genuinely care and his professional expertise is extraordinary, I highly recommend Dr. Pillow and his office. Thank you, Dr Pillow for your time, kindness, understanding and expertise. As well as treating me as an individual and no just a group of patients

Excellent and caring doctor

Wow. Appt. At 11am but arrived at 11:13am. My bad. Staff was very rude. Stated I should have been there 15 minutes early but was not informed of this. I received a text that said see you at 11am! Staff said " we all leave for lunch at noon and it takes 45 minutes for the appt". (Ok so that makes it 11:58 so you all can go to lunch right?) Then told we are out next two days for thanksgiving so "you can't reschedule with us as we don't take patients past 12 weeks and we won't be able to fit you in. Good luck finding a doctor as no doctor takes patients around here if you will be past 12 weeks pregnant (2 weeks from now). You will have to go to the health dept.!" Staff Would not provide another appt date. Staff manager would not come out of her office to speak with me. Rude. My mother and sister were with me and can verify what happened. So we left. Found another doctor in Leesburg. Sad we couldn't see the doctor as my mother has been going to Dr Pillow for 20 years and he… delivered my younger sister. It's probably a good thing we discovered the staff rudeness in time to find another doctor. It doesn't look like it would have been a good 7 month experience.

His staff is the worst, Rude! They are just joking around and don't take their patients seriously, even over the phone. Everybody is fighting a battle you know nothing about, be kind, Always! Even more in this profession.

Dr. Pillow was recommended for my daughter from various friends. He has offered great patient care and a good explanation of procedures every visit. His staff is good and works hard to make sure your needs are taken care of. They are also very good about respecting patient privacy. I don't ever hear them talking about other patient's business within ear shot of waiting patients. It's hard to find that these days.

If you are having a baby he may be good, but for anything else I wish you the best of luck. I found his approach and methodology antiquated. To top off a most "challenged" appointment, his office charged my insurance almost $400. Less than 15 minutes time was spent without actually testing for anything. He refers you to another Dr. for that. Nor would he answer questions. Really... a VERY BAD experience..
