Dr. Steven Ian Rockman, MD

This is one of the best doctors that I've ever been to in my 34 years of living he is nice have good bedside manner and very thorough I was very pleased as a new patient

Dr. Rockman is a fantastic doctor who actually takes the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. He has managed my care through some very difficult times. I am very pleased and highly recommend him.

Good surgeon, but does not have a very good bedside manner. His office staff are not professional and are very rude at times. Know your insurance benefits. I overpayed but they wouldn't readily reimburse me and acted very upset when they finally did.

Dr rockman is a terrific doctor!! Altho you have to wait in the room alil bit before he comes in. he always remember me when i come in. Ive been seeing him since 2009 he has delivered one of my children and was a great coach during labor.. Yes his receptionist isnt very friendly but His nurses are and thats nice... Trying to call the nurses line is a pain and can be nerve racking if you really need to speak with somebody, but just hit a different extension and ask that person for the nurse!

Many people say good surgeon maybe he is I dont know and I am willing that people who say he is an excellent surgeon do not have qualifications to call him an excellent surgeon. any ways what I can tell you is he will ruin you pregnancy experience. He make quick rush to judgement decisions that can be life altering. yes he orders any test you want, but fails to give risk vs benifit advice. My pregnancy was a complete disaster and meds were given and risky test were done with out clear advice and we are paying the price today. Just find another great surgeon or better yet a doctor who cares about the safe birth of your child for you and his office is not full of beauty products. And yes I agree with another, I too heard private convesations as he speaks very loudly.

I have used Dr. Rockman for almost 30 years. He is kind, gentle, patient and VERY understanding. He isn't much for sugar-coating - which I love - but he is super compasionate.
