AWFUL STAY AWAY!! All he did after I waited a year to be seen was review the tech report from an mri which I can do myself. He refused to answer basic questions I had about my condition but instead laughed and sneered at me as an arrogant dr. Absolute incompetent “doctor”

Dr. Roper is a wonderful Dr. and very skilled in his profession. He recently removed a scar next to my occipital lobe that was causing my seizures. Now for the first time in 39 years I’m not having seizures or auras. He also performed the SEEG surgery on me.

Dr. Roper accepted me as a patient from overseas on short notice after my pituitary tumor hemorrhaged causing partial loss of vision in one eye. He quickly, and properly, diagnosed my condition, scheduled surgery, and successfully removed the tumor in a matter of days without complication. I highly recommend Dr. Roper.

He was very kind, answered my questions. Explained things to me so I could understand. He was also reassuring, as well as the rest of th staff. They made me feel like part of the family.

Dr Roper is the epitomy of todays academic university specialist physician. I first met him at Shands after I was air amboed from Alabama exhibiting extremis effects of a bleeding brain tumor I was referred from a local hospital that was unable to perform the surgery.One hour after hitting the tarmac I was in the capable hands of Dr Roper and his crack team. They removed the pituitary apoplexy tumor and saved my life. Quite simply thanks to Dr Roper and your team I wouldn't be writng this legacy with out you.

He's an excellent surgeon as well as the staff. All my Grand Mal seizures are gone and my attitude is much better.
